About Colwith
Colwith cottage self catering
holiday villa forms part of Neaum Crag House, a beautiful old
stone manor house, within the private grounds of the Neaum
Crag estate. We are located close to Skelwith Bridge and
Loughrigg Tarn in the beautiful Lake District. (Hover over the images below to view a

Entry to Colwith is through a
spacious entrance hall with space
for coats, boots etc. There is a
large living room with a fully
fitted kitchen adjacent and a
delightful raised bay windowed
dining area with absolutely stunning
views across Langdale with the
Langdale Pikes and Coniston Fells
completing the panorama. |

living
room has
a wide
screen
LCD TV,
video
player,
DVD
player,
a
radio/cassette/CD
player
and lots
of DVD's
videos,
CD’s,
games
and
books to
keep all
ages and
interests
happy.
Guests
can
relax in
front of
the log
effect
stove
and the
cottage
has full
modern
electric
storage
heating
throughout.
Co-ordinated
furnishings
and
beautiful
prints
complement
the
restful
mood.
There is a raised dining area
from which 180 degree breath-taking
views can be enjoyed of the Langdale
Pikes and Coniston and their
surrounding valleys and hills. This
'picture-window' view changes
constantly with the weather and the
seasons. Wildlife including deer are
often seen from this window directly
outside on the craggy fell whilst
enjoying a meal or sipping a drink
at the dining table. |

kitchen
is fully
fitted
with
modern
appliances
including
dishwasher,
automatic
washing
machine/dryer,
microwave,
fridge,
electric
oven and
hob. It
is like
home
from
home and
has
everything
you
need. We
also
provide
tea
towels, cloths
washing
up
liquid
and
dishwasher
tabs. |

There is
a
spacious
double
bedroom
with a
king
size
(5’)
bed,
matching
pine
furniture
and
further
spectacular
views
over the
valley
and a
cosy
twin
bedded
room
with a
walk-in
wardrobe
and,
again,
lovely
views
out over
the
countryside.
All bed
linen
(duvets)
is
provided.
For
babies
there is
a travel
cot and
a
highchair. |

with a
bath,
shower
and a w.c.

Enjoy

Crag's

the

yourself

sauna.

not sit
and chat
or try
your
hand at
table
tennis.

cottage
you will
find
delightful
outdoor
furniture
and over
a stile,
a grassy
picnic
area
with a
stunning
backdrop
of Langdale
Valley
and the
Pikes.
This
area is
glorious
for
walks
and
sightseeing
throughout
the high
season. |
